As Angel Dust is running ramped in the neighborhood.  Benny finds out about a situation surrounding Tomasso’s brother in-law.  Meanwhile Mikey’s nephew Sammy comes back to Brooklyn after being away for several years, groomed in the life.  Sammy runs into trouble at the skating rink.
